Being involved in a small group to whom you commit that you will meet certain goals and perform specified tasks in a given timeframe is a very helpful way of focusing your attention. Accountability at its best. On top of that, having the benefit of feedback and the views of others opens your mind to new possibilities. Marsha is so experienced at keeping a meeting on track and is always full of helpful ideas. When I get jaded or overwhelmed, her input always breathes fresh life into my efforts.
